Barbara de Clercq Zubli – Relationship Manager Campaigns
Since September 2021, I have been working as a Project Manager at the Foundation, where I am responsible for fundraising initiatives organized by individuals, schools, sports clubs, and service clubs. Through our online platform, people can easily set up their own fundraising campaigns. I support them by providing advice, information, and inspiration whenever needed.
My focus is to guide every fundraiser in the best possible way, giving each initiative the greatest chance of success. That is what makes my work so meaningful and varied. Every campaign is unique and has its own story. I am grateful for the trust people place in me when they raise funds for the Máxima. Together, we share one goal: to accelerate our mission to cure every child with cancer, with optimal quality of life during and after treatment.
A special part of my role is the close contact I have with parents whose child is being treated or has been treated at the Máxima. Through my previous experience, including at Pink Ribbon and KWF, I understand their needs and can guide them with care and sensitivity. From the very first day, I have felt at home within the dedicated Foundation team at the Princess Máxima Center.
